If they decide to release the GSEs, first thing they will do is to re-list the GSEs in main board. Doing so, the true price of the GSEs will be reflected in a few days. IMO.



I think "they" are not interested in common stock appreciation at all. "They" want to screw the legacy commons, and the ugliest way to do that is an SPS-to-common conversion. Why else go through the legal charade of the last 15 years? It was certainly not to benefit the legacy shareholders. Look how Lamberth finds new arguments every month why he can't sign the judgment "yet".
