I value opinions, but few share them……

They simply say you’re wrong because you haven’t seen the specs on the tech, or something like that. Yet they never share the specs, as if they have seen them.

As far as patents go, why is one of the first questions on Shark Tank….do you have patents? The fact remains, patents are only available to proven technology.

As far as the size of the vessel, in my opinion getting through the crust is going to take specialized equipment, and I don’t think a speed boat is adequate for that equipment, crew, etc. Nor is it adequate for a film crew documenting potentially the largest find in history.

As far as permits go, the most successful salvors today aren’t focused on wrecks where permitting is required. As SFRX has shown, it isn’t efficient.

As far as salvage law goes, you want me to keep my opinion to myself, while you claim I don’t value anyone else’s opinion? That’s amusing. I have asked repeatedly for folks to cite chapter and verse why Spanish vessels (Juno is exempt) are not protected by Sovereign Immunity. No one takes the time to explain, they just say crap like…….

Keep your interpretation of the law to yourself. We all can do our own research.

Lastly, I don’t know if SFRX has found anything or not. I don’t believe they have. I have also said I will be the first to admit I am wrong if they have. I also believe if they had data showing something we would see it. They claim the tech works, but how do they know?

Regardless, are you and others going to admit you were wrong if they don’t find anything?
