Highwaterbottletower as you call him, did not make the more recent list on pacer. However, I used this to find it and not pacer. I know your post is from an actual pacer page of his earlier witness list. Why he got removed may be something elsewhere in the docket or you may know because of experience with the courts. I do, as other people probably as well appreciate you posting the relevant information.

It is free and I'm investigating this sites newer tool as well. Pacer is horrible to work with and archaic. They stopped listing what they were making with the searches but in 2015 it reached 101 million in a year. And yet nothing has changed, but they keep making more money as I paid out lots of cash on searches I didn't even know how they charged. You may work it better because you ARE a lawyer.

Been using it on and off and it is not working for people. Regular people that pacer got the permission to do what they do by applying for government involvement under the guise they were doing it for the public good. Yet the general public can hardly use it.
My belief is if something is making a corp tons of money, and nothing changes in spite of ungodly number of complaints, then they don't want to change or fix anything. Of course I also believe the setup is done to create tremendous amounts of requests that they can charge for. You get charged every time no matter if you brought it up before or not in the session.

BTW- You'll be impressed that good ol Stone is still hanging in there as CEO of NT-g-l. His tenacity and loyalty is above reproach.
