Brother, when MM's buy the digits can be whatever. Each trade on the tape is both a buy and a sell. There is no "double print" that somehow makes the shares dumped halved for the day. And heck, even if that were true....almost 30 mil dropped in this zone between .001 and .003. new buyers and old buyers. It is bullish.
