99.99 % sure the plant still exists as it was before the merger... from what i've gathered ( i'm good at gathering ) NNRX has gone awol on their merger agreements and that end of the plant is rudderless. NNRX website which basically showcased The Plant is offline and they have not filed financials in like a year. i've read a good deal of the court case and yeah it's not going well , NNRX has more or less abandoned The Plant financially. I'm not sure where it goes from here but there's no indication that they are going to come out of the court case with any relationship at The Plant.

NNRX was an illusion to investors. We were had.
