they haven't even taken the time to view the Series 7 Podcast Updates
with Ken & Leslie! - That seems a bit lazy to me so . . .

My recommendation is; Try listening to the Series 7 Podcast Updates with Ken & Leslie.
That will get you caught up with current events, and what is coming. . .
over the next few weeks, and then we can talk !!!

Now, as for a comment earlier regarding "News or No News" during the Quiet Period ?
This has been discussed several times, but I guess it needs repeating; . .
"The Quiet Period only pertains to material information in
the 10K Annual Report of the previous year" !
"Any event that occurs in the New Year, that is not related to the 10K of the previous year, . . .
can be reported in the New Year, to the shareholders, with an 8K &/or a Press Release."

For those who are still not sure; Check with "SEC Rulings" regarding "Quiet Periods" !
