Investing in public companies shouldn’t be thought of as gambling. Yes you can win or lose but unlike gambling, which is a guaranteed loss (look up the law of large number), A good CEO with a viable product
should be a winner,,.

We were lead to believe we had both at PKTX….

Unfortunately safe harbor laws allow penny stock CEO’s to say virtually anything without any legal repercussions.
They need to tighten up those laws.

I suggest they call it the “Smith Act for Securities Truthfulness”

That’s just a working title, I’m open to suggestions
