There's a need to clear up a few things IMO

This board has entertained the possibility of a SONX Merger and/or Joint Venture in recent months. If this were the case SONX would have been required to observe what's known as An Emerging Growth Company QUIET PERIOD

For this to have happened SONX would have been required to remain quiet to any and all media, brokers, analysts for a recognized minimum of a full (uninterrupted) 28 days.

The ONLY time over the last 3 months this occurred was when SONX remained silent from the press and filings from December 27th 2023 until February 4th 2024. During this time there were no filings or PR's that I can find.

Given this info it seems highly unlikely (if not downright impossible) that SONX could have entered into any such Merger, Reverse Merger etc and/ or any Joint Venture. If there was SONX would have been legally bound to have filed the Company’s News in a filing THEN gone to the press.

So what's the point of posting all this Rich... The upshot... Don't expect any JV or any Merger along with the year end earnings call (10-Q) come this March 11th as PRed recently. Near on impossible IMHO.

THAT SAID as far as the the 2023 YEAR END 10-Q ALL BETS ARE OFF anything can happen earnings wise. Technically this YEAR END is 2 months after the fact. My hunch bring your readers, it's bound to be lengthy.

I hope this clears up a lot of haze that has been accumulating between any material events for SONX. MUCH speculation ensued, only normal!

GOOD LUCK TO ALL March 11th, it's going to be interesting. As we've all witnessed, management have certainly appeared upbeat since the intention to relist SONX on NYSE was made PUBLIC a couple of months ago.
