No dilution as of March 5th, 2024. Marvin official PR on Jan 12th, 2024, regarding going current from Expert Market. He recently tweeted on Feb 24th, 2024, that we are safe to say.. don't give up. I think he is having an issue with the financial situation, which should be resolved, and this is part of the process if they file through OTC who would review financials before post. This process is similar to ASTA when they came out of EM in 2023.

This EM run will be an epic. Marvin also wants to give a business update.
