I think your frustration is evident, and many of us have been frustrated, but the update never said they didn’t add shares. The company said they can confirm that management hasn’t sold any shares, and can’t until they are sec reporting and file necessary paperwork. they were attacked by multiple people and accused of pumping and dumping in the open market. What they confirmed is that didn’t happen. They confirmed they did issue shares because of convertible notes. Yes, the company did the notes with Macrab and quick capital, so they are responsible for the terms. I have to ask though, why is anyone acting surprised that they are issuing shares to raise capital. They have never hidden their intent to issue shares to raise capital. Imo
