I was recently involved with getting a company CEO prosecuted and got 12 years in Federal prison.

The SEC for the most part on the OTC considers it knuckleheads screwing over other knuckleheads and let it go.

If it is especially egregious the SEC depends on people they trust to do the heavy lifting and providing real DD such as myself, Surf, Huggy, TenKay, Janice, nodummy... I left out several others.

Spooz is so screwed up they will basically suspend themselves - the contracts are fake and for pumping purposes only.

The SEC has never filed a complaint against what you and others call paid bashers - but they have filed many complaints against the pumpers.
