Not doing your homework but go to the sec web site and look up a material event. Just filimng a show is not one. Pretty easy one there. Signing a contract would be as it would likely impact financial performance. Different field but think of an author. She can write a hundred books but if she's not signed to a publisher it in no way affects the bottom line. It may not be great or horrible news that they had no material events during the relevant pd but you don't disclose a financial event until you have one.
