Exactly.All just verbal diarrhea,to appease the masses.Each one of these type of companies do that.Just to kick the can down the road while they increase the share count through offerings.This went from 50 million to 100 milion.Now they will have to R/S to stay on the Amex.Who knows what kind of dilution that will entail.
