One would also think/hope/expect that a "purchase" of this magnitude would go thru some sort of 3rd party appraisal and be accompanied by audited financials and balance sheet.

I'd like to see the P&L for (at least) last three years. $5M in revenues is meaningless if it costs you $6M to generate it.

It's still unclear to me of the underlying driver for this deal. Is UBQU buying IO to diversify its operations OR is IO reverse merging into UBQU and taking over the shell? To me, there is a clear distinction in how money flows and mgmt control.
