Looks like endgame for BZWR.

I’ll say it again:

I don't think it matters anymore if BZWR goes gray, or what BZWR was doing back in August or November. It may all come down to whether this merger succeeds for us to have any stock to trade.

How much IPSI will we get? We may be shocked. There are a lot of mouths to feed. I am less bullish the more I think about this. Stockholder approval is probably a given if creditors accept shares for their debt.

If IPSI is the right company, I hope there are at least ten shares of IPSI exchangeable per hundred BZWR.
