However, a big problem that I and many others have is his repetative stating as a FACT that Nasrat is a crook that has intentionally misled/stolen from the average shareholder. None of us know every little thing that has happened behind closed doors in regards to Elite, Mikah, the FDA, other partners of ours, changes in competition pricing, etc. Labeling him as perpetually evil/self serving is unwarranted, imo.

I have posted on 11 of the the last 100 days, but my posts are apparently "repetitive." Meanwhile, 99.9% of the daily content on this board is either delusional, bullying, or asinine, and most posts are a combination of all three. What is truly repetitve is the continuous ooze of ass-kissing drivel. I've worked in enough large organizations to know the Yes Men are a dime a dozen and not worth that. They trip over themselves to congratulate the people in charge, and they provide nothing valuable to the momentum or trajectory of the organization. I enjoy being the contrarian, and those of you without the emotional maturity to handle a dissenting voice are free to hit ignore. Nobody says you have to interpret facts in the same way I do, and nobody says I have to present facts in a way you like. But I am giving you easily verifiable facts. I am describing the multiple ways this CEO is in variance with typical CEOs (non-arms length self deals) and how the ongoing intermingling of Mikah and Elite is extremely unusual and is a barrier to an eventual buyout. Other users are welcome to describe these abnormal relationships however they want. I believe they are self-serving for Hakim, and I specifically discuss the verifiable details of how he has personally profited from his relationship with Elite. It is true what you say that none of us know everything that happens behind closed doors, but it seems most folks on this board are more than happy to simply ignore the things we do know. I don't recall ever calling him "evil" as you say, certainly not "perpetually," but he most definitely has been self-serving throughout his entire tenure at Elite. It is undeniable Hakim acquired a great amount of wealth from his side business while Elite was drained of revenue. He served himself and failed shareholders on the SunGen deal for Adderall. Asking Carter if we could afford it did not fulfill his fiduciary duty to Elite shareholders. If there was no Mikah, then maybe Hakim would have earned his substantial salary and negotiated a better deal for Elite and then found motivated investors to finance it. It was much easier to scoop the profitable deal for himself, and the longer it goes on like this the more difficult it will be to unwind. I strongly believe Mikah is an ongoing threat to Elite shareholders, and I will continue to use my words to describe the facts as I see them. The rest of you can continue to express your complex thoughts and emotions with the poop emoji.
