KBLB ..... is preparing a .... application .... The Company expects to submit this .... application this month.

So they are "preparing" an application. Big deal! Are they then going to post another PR when they have filled it out, and then another PR when they have filed it???

And KBLB "expects" to submit the application by the end of the month. They "expect" to??? There are another 25 days left in the month. They might not be able to fill out an application by the end of the month? Do they actually need 25 days to submit an application?
