There's no prediction. Sharp himself said a couple of times that he would retire this year yet the Form 10 won't be filed until March of 2025 and with all the past FIRNA/SEC problems like an SEC administrative proceeding against GVSI which restricted GVSI's corporate actions, the misdesignation on the preferred shares that Sharp said he would get the court to fix but never did and Sharp's missing 20 million shares, it isn't a guarantee that the SEC will approve the Form 10.

Sounds like he's bailing before the so-called "merger" that isn't a merger.
