Subsequent means after or since New Year's Eve. I suppose nothing material to report has happened since New Year's Eve. I gather doing something that will generate revenues will spur the announcement you are looking for. It did not happen in either January or February.

The Company believes there are no significant events to report subsequent to December 31, 2023.

In April they announced they will be producing it so maybe they did not feel the need to repeat themselves and felt that covered the production? Maybe they are waiting, just as we are, for it to air to make another announcement. Just my take, but until it is about to air, I do not think you will get another announcement.
