Well look, this thing is at the basement. They issued 150M recently. Presumably those were issued at .0002 per the open offering. That said, why haven’t they issued all the shares and just dump them? Is it just because they want to slow walk it into .0002 oblivion and RS this to death. Could be. Or do they have a real plan and a real deal on the line? Impossible for me to know. GL
