I see today's PR as an attempt to educate shareholders re an important - really a WATERSHED event - in space to earth communications.

The FCC is THE regulatory agency and they now have a 160 page report showing their interest in the field.

I see this a positive sign that the field is LEGITIMATE and will be growing - exponentially for those positioned right.

While an "endorsement" from the company can come across as sounding a bit pompous I think they just mean they are in favor of this development as an important event which may well accelerate their own goals.
