I agree but certainly don’t care for peeps trying to play attorney, especially an SEC attorney, just does not play well or end well for anyone. I guarantee that one can get a class action firm on the phone, they will ask you to fill out a form for their review. They look at the this small $50mm Co, review the complaint and a paralegal will call you back and explain that they are available for hire but will not foot the bill on a class action.
The initial retainer will be $50-100k bucks.
