Additionally, the Corp court system in Delaware is meaningless as Musk has pointed out to the public.Just move the Co registration to a different state, pass go and collect your $55bb bucks. People who understand the Delaware Corp court system have always done this. Delaware is cheap which is the only reason to be there. As a private Co, the advantage is the actual owners’ identities will remain hidden. Musk was simply the biggest to blindside a Delaware Court. More to follow for sure!!
