MK's intentional deceptions continue. In today's Tweet RDGL advertises a human treatment that doesn't exist yet (haven't even commenced Radiogel human trials, let alone been FDA approved for sale). He also claims the treatment is "patented", implying Radiogel treatment is under current patent protection. He intentionally deceives by neglecting to mention all the original patents have expired and all RDGL has is a single weak "improved" process patent for manufacturing Radiogel. The potential product and treatment method are both public domain now. Moreover there is no evidence the "improved" manufacturing process offers any performance advantages over the now public domain process.
