…i want to like this stock, but they have diluted 900 million shares since December……and have like 10 pages of converts in their latest filing…….AS is almost maxed out i guess they will have to soon raise that? Anyone have clarity on toxic notes and dilution here? Afgain…if OTC is bad right now…the last thing any of is need to do is fund toxic financing OTC companies and lose money and then stop investing in any other OTC cause got burned…
