I think I mentioned this before that imo since they processed the permit through COE and the historical governmental agency that what they saw in that application brought a lot of new people into this. People who knew nothing about Juno and what the company was looking to bring up. Plus longs that have confidence in the new tech realized it was only the permit that was holding this back so after that obstacle was eliminated they were also adding shares. So you have longs buying, newbies buying for the expected outcome and as well the short term traders. That's why this might dip down on flippers taking some profits but it will keep bouncing back up until we get announcements. It's a great scenario both for traders and especially for longs imo.
