That's a very good question. I've seen it mentioned on the board, and here's why I think it's the case. If you look at Avant's profile, directly on OTCMarkets, you will see the Chief Technology Officer here, Danny Rittman, appears on their company officer list...

The relationship is a bit complex, but I believe through GBT Tokenize (of which GBT owns 50% of the rights) sold Avant AI technology in this asset purchase agreement with Trend Innovation Holdings, as shown in this link...
