Dilution for Expansion and Gowth. Imo

It costs money to develop AI tech to add to 100 + new vending machines along with supplying all the Kiosks, online distibutors and such.

Hoping the last bit of dilution was for the completion of the 100+ machines which we could be hearing more about soon.
