UPDATED OTC BUSINESS DESCRIPTION: (OTCMG)
The Company operates a Freight & Warehouse service with 2 company owned physical
locations in FL and CA. The Company also has a code share type of an agreement to utilize up
to other POP (Point of Presence) locations throughout USA and Canada with 1 to 3 minimum
SKU requirements. A stock-keeping unit (SKU) is a scannable code to help vendors
automatically track the movement of inventory. SKUs often appear as barcodes or QR codes
along with alphanumeric digits. The Company operates www.thefixtureplace.com as an
Ecommerce retailer and offers warehousing and distribution services. By executing the pick
and pack on-site, we offer a more efficient turnaround with built-in distribution and total flexibility
end to end. Launched in 2017 focusing on selling Home Improvement products, including
fixtures, tools, and other home and garden items. We are a distributor for many of the nation's
largest brands in lighting, plumbing fixtures, and large appliances. Many of our suppliers and
channel partners are well-known corporate household brands.
The Company operated a second water packing division. The Company was a co packer for
Alkaline 88 (WTER) a NASDAQ traded co until October 2023 offering a boutique B2B type
water packing services.The client endured certain trauma and delisting from NASDAQ which by
default affected HIRU operations and cash flows significantly. The Company is currently in the
process of restarting the water packing division with new prospect customers and looks to
change its distribution channels from soly operating as a B2B to B2C and B2B and utilize
internal infrastructure capabilities with its already existing Freight & Warehouse services.
RESUMING WATER PACKING ACTIVITIES;
1. The Company was a co packer for Alkaline 88 (WTER) a NASDAQ traded co until

2. WTER (The client) endured certain trauma and delisting from NASDAQ which by default
affected HIRU operations and cash flows significantly.
3. The Company is currently in the process of restarting the water packing division with

4. The Company is looking to change its distribution channels from soly operating as a B2B
to B2C and B2B and utilize internal infrastructure capabilities with its already
existing Freight & Warehouse services.
5. The current WTER issues do not affect the Company any further
6. The ex management business affairs with WTER and other issuers have not attracted
any liabilities to HIRU
