the regulations implemented in 2021 pretty much castrated the OTC
and by 23 it really caught up and a lot of tickers took a tail spin.
so unless the OTC is allowed to go back to being the wild west and act like they got something swinging in their yam bag it's gonna be pretty much modest flips,which is okay,but not too exciteing.
