Don't be ridiculous. Right now, at the current price, are you at a loss?
Since you have absolutely no guarantee that it will go back up to cover your loss you 100 % have a loss.
When you say you don't have a loss because you didn't sell that Is in theory..not in reality, which is what your account reflects
