I also saw 3,000,000 preferred shares on the 10K. I was sleuthing around trying to determine where the ownership was, and in what quantity. The documentation around the time Delfin purchased 70.9% of the shares stated that Egan, through direct & indirect ownership, held “approximately 76%” of the outstanding shares.

I’m assuming this is covering Egan’s specific ownership, but didn’t mention that of his business associates.

I hadn’t looked too hard to decipher more details as of yet, but tonight I’m hoping to give it a bit more attention!
