My Thoughts: Shit is starting to hit the fan! There shouldn't be resignations at any stage in a merger, especially during negotiations from the guy that has already done a few of them already. Mergers are supposed to be the "pay day" that everyone worked hard for.

Good Luck getting financials from BLLB. Its looking worse and worse every week here.

I think we see a small share price increase this month, just to get people to forget about the BS that the BLLB has been putting its shareholders through.

I wait for merger news (still).
