50Mill A/S __ O/S~ 16.6Mill if they leave the restricted, but cancelling the Old restricted, the O/S will be closer to 7.84Mill
which would better able them to get the pps up to where they want

It is yet to be seen how much $$ was totally raised and is going to be put into NFTM in a 2Yr restricted manner (New Restricted) and what will that count be
(which would be subtracted from the A/S, besides the O/S in place)

I really do not think that they will put All those funds in, and leave old shares from the BABL Shell to come in and Brutalize the PPS
