I dont know this CEO nor how much money he has, I was replying to a different poster about how this CEO acts.

He literally acts like a toddler that has got his lollipop taken away. One second he considers to cancel stock consolidation, the next second he proposes a 1 share for 30,000 share reverse split (through a tweet). He "threatened" to bring O/S to 30,000k shares!

He wants (or plans) to do an open market buyback, but only had $415. in the bank at the end of the year after a supposed hundreds of millions in "revenue." If he was really making that much, there is something called "accounting tricks" that would of at least showed a few more dollars in the bank at the end of year!

His head is up his ass and I won't invest again into this company!
