I committed no fraud. Your accusing me of criminal act(s) is itself a fraud. Did you actually threaten me with legal action or just insinuate it? If the former, you committed a crime in Iowa. Again, why would I do anything to damage either the reputation or day-to-day business dealings of the company? You have never once answered that question, a necessary component to my, as you assert or insinuate, having had any criminal intent.
Also, another question you have neglected to answer — Were your accusations referencing the “Mr. Vlad incident” undertaken to intimidate me and keep me from posting on this excellent KEGS Board?
Once we’ve “cleared this up,” we can hopefully get back to discussing the actual and factual pros and cons of this small gem of a company, the 1812 Brewing Co. (KEGS).
