The 2023 year end filings haven’t been submitted yet.

You're telling me that management can't update their OTC "Company Profile" page anytime they like??? Even if the company moved, changed their contact info or launched a different website that management can't do anything till they file the most recent required quarterly or annual report?

FYI, Annual Reports are due 90 days after the year ends. So that means management can draaaaag it out till the end of March. BUT they are free to file it anytime BEFORE the deadline.

Also, every OTC ticker is requred to "Maintain a Verified Profile AT LEAST once every six months, review and verify the Company Profile through OTCIQ."

But, if they want to keep listing people as officers and directors who actually aren't any longer that's up to them.

So months after the deal with JSS was unwound, why are both still named as officers or directors of BLLB?
