I don't think those numbers are even close to reality.
I know Florida is not Canada but these type of numbers were floating around prior to Canada legalizing. Once it became legal the market was nowhere near as big as they thought. Especially when 40% roughly of sales are still on the black market according to stats. Canada has a population of 40 million, has had a legal recreational market since 2018 and they only did five billion dollars in 2023.

I would suggest that the majority of medical patients in Florida were already cannabis users just trying to find a way to get a legal source of cannabis. When I got my legal card in Canada I was given a prescription large enough that I could feed five other peoples need for cannabis and I'm assuming that's also happening in Florida.

I would love if you math was right but I believe the market will be closer to 6 billion annually eventually
