We all think next week early. The debt was cleared up as a notification to everyone who follows this and who reads the filings. Not a slam on you, but I would say of the 20 + people who posted here yesterday 3 or 4 of us know who Fife is what he does and how many companies he has taken down with his toxic convertible debt

Short history here JAGX has been working on getting Crofelemer through the trial stages for 4 years. They have had to do 3 reverse splits and have needed convertible debt to pay for the trials. Fife had been there go to guy… he had millions of shares owed him to cover the money he has given Jaguar to fund the trials

Yesterday that 8-K consolidated all that debt into common shares and wiped it off the books. The only way he would have done that is if he truly believes the Phase III is positive and FDA approval is coming. He also agreed to a Lockdown stipulation which says he can not touch the shares for 12 months and can not convert any warrants for 6 months. He mended a good reason to agree to those conditions

So that tells me they will release the results very soon
