That was not the concern. We know for a fact that ACES and Volex are Spectra7 partners. They just presented together with them at DesignCon. What we don't know for certain is whether they are also using anyone else's redrivers.

That's why I find it so interesting to see that a comprehensive search on any Internet search engine returns only Spectra7 as an ACC partner.

It would seem that ACES and Volex are in fact using just Spectra7 redrivers. If that is true, that says a lot about the quality of their chips. If they are so much better than the competition's that the big name players like Nvidia, Microsoft, and Cisco only want their tech, then we are sitting even prettier than we could have imagined.

Of course there will be competition, but right now it seems Spectra7, with their collaboration with Nvivia through Volex, is the key ACC player for all the world's hyperscalers, which is something they themselves have said they were going after as they continue their "deeply engaged" relationships with "all" the major hyperscalers.
