In reading the filing I see in August of 2023 they issued 22,000,000 shares of common to "Red Rock Fund Corp". So I started looking to see who they were.


I can find no direct links to "Red Rock Fund Corp". The only thing I see at surface level that references Red Rock Fund Corp is a website for a Red Rock Alternative Fund, LLC based in the Cayman Islands. On their "About" page there is a section at the bottom that shows Red Rock Fund Corp as a Partner but no link to a company website or any further info.

They have a LinkedIn profile listed on there as well but when you go there it shows no employees or related profiles. They also show a Twitter (X) profile link but it just takes you to the primary home page of Twitter (X) and not to a specific profile.

I see lots of other Red Rock companies out there: Red Rock Securities, Red Rock Investment Group, Red Rock Fund Services, Red Rock Capital. All different companies in different areas with different corporate logos.

I started looking into MGON's team, as listed on their website.

Samuel Chiang was the Chief Technical Officer but has departed in 2023 according to the below link. And now works for TrasTrading, a Singapore-based entity.

Paul Cohen is/was their CBD Expert and he founded Balanced2Day.

That's all I can find anywhere on that guy.

Mark F Suchy appears to be a loan shark out of Florida.

John MacLeod appears to be their web and customer relations person but nothing really found anywhere on him either. The name is too generic.

Finally Robert Gardiner is the CEO but nothing new out there that I can find on this guy other than what you already read in PRs about MGON.
