Given their lack of capital, how much progress can Niocorp actually be making on the new feasibility study?

According to the latest 10q- 600k on hand 2 months ago, overhead costs of 800k per month, 10mil in capital deficits, and 10-11mil needed to further the project (I presume that's the fs cost?).

Do they need to raise a lot of capital before real work can begin even begin on a new fs?

What do you all think the next source of finding will be? It needs to be a big number and soon.

Stellantis news was supposed come out months ago, right?
