those are huge IFs

if we get a MM, if we answer the SEC, if we get proper financials
how about ... if someone is actually the CEO
and ... if the Grand Jury investigations turns nothing up
and ... if there are no criminal charges
and ... if the bonds suddenly are good
and ... if the logs exist
