Ssc, in my opinion there are three possibilities:
1 - Management is incompetent
2 - Management doesn't care about shareholders
3 - They have very positive news to be released soon to support the share price through this massive reverse split and beyond.

Personally, I believe 3 is more likely. Also, as opposed to other struggling small caps you mentioned in your post, going through multiple reverse splits, I believe that Tritium is not too far from turning the business around and profitability.
