Do we know for sure that Halo/Antares are involved with the PFS option?

No we do not know with certainty. Another needless gap in investor knowledge and confidence.
It's another example of a self-inflicted wound, smaller in magnitude than the patent roll off fog we had to deal with for a year or more until Helen finally got on the ball, but still indicative of the careless and lackadaisical culture that has been allowed to fester by our disengaged and bought-off BOD. I'm more and more comfortable with my current strategy of unwinding my position. There is a surge in biotech while HALO languishes in Helen's thrall. Other opportunities await.
