He did also pay the SEC $25,000 last year to clean up the previous CEOs mess, as well as jump through all of the hoops to get back to pink current with proper financials and attorney letters. Not glamorous or what we've all been waiting for, but at least it gives the impression they will do something with it someday. Hopefully within our lifetimes.
