Yeah I know.... Unfortunately they are never held accountable for anything in OTC (or at least ultra rarely). Plenty of them do "make a market," but there are plenty who do anything but. For example, if any of us were to do what VIRT (& usually OTCN/OTCX) do as a tagteam, our accounts would be suspended for suspicious trading. But when they do it (no buying or selling, just popping in/out to control the pps), it's considered "making a market."

Is what it is... All part of the OTC and why I don't we'll move anywhere significant until something BIG is dropped or just before, to bring back the level of retail buying we need to combat the shenanigans to move this up....
