Yeah I saw that one too, but took that one to be a flipper. When I see INTL I usually equate them to either selling or accumulating for a bigger player and/or a non-joe-retail.

For example, if you or I were to place 100 trades through whatever platform we're using, all 100 would likely go through CDEL, CSTI, ETRF, NITE, or GTSM, but highly unlikely to be facilitated by VIRT, INTL, PUMA, STXG, or ASCM. That is unless we were specifically paying one of them to handle our trades... Because of this coupled with the fact that they've been on bid a large part of the day, I believe they're accumulating for some player. But then again, there's no way to know for sure....
