Does the share price matter to Yorkville? They aren't accumulating shares to have a position. Their take is a percentage of the funds raised. Whether it takes 2 thousand or 2 million shares doesn't matter to them. Being this close to the floor price could be a problem though. Maybe that's why the latest tranche was so small?

The negative impact on the share price is just from all the relentless selling, nothing more sinister than that.
