Most small companies have debt. AMC is managing their debt very professionally and within reason. IMHO. You should not kill a company just because they have debt. After a few years if the debt is managed properly it will evaporate like the time it was acquited (during Covid 2020 period). So stop trying to shoot the messanger over the fact they have debt. At least they are consolidating it every chance they can. I would not sell stock when it is about to run up big at the low price. I would wait for it to stabilize at the high price before I sell/dilute more stock. That is the only mistake AA made last year. In managing the debt. IMHO.
